November Favorites!

Hello Dolls! So its the end of the month and I am here to share with you my favorite products of this month some are new products that I just tried out and some are products I have already had but I absolutely couldn't go without this month :)
So lets begin with Benefit Bad gal Lash mascara its amazing and just tried this product this month!!! I love it, it makes my lashes curl with full volume and doesn't leave them clumpy and that's all you want from a mascara you can find this at Sephora or Ulta.

Mac Lustre Drops in Rebel Pink is also great it gives me the glow I want its very light and not to shimmery believe me you will love it, it gives you that glow that Jennifer Lopez has in her face that looks so natural and gorgeous you can find this product at MAC  I'm not to sure if they still have it because I've had this for a quite a while now. And as for lip glosses I'm totally digging the Lorac holiday set they are so creamy and the colors are brilliant gives me that shine I look for in lip glosses without the stickiness. You can fnd these at Sephora or Ulta and the price for 6 glosses is unbeatable!!!
As for a lipstick I cant seem to get away from MAC's Cremesheen in Cremecup I love this lipstick it is such a pretty light pink and it goes with any eye look I'm wearing if you don't have it yet go out and buy you will love it!! And I have been into NARS orgasm blush for quite a while now but I had stopped using iy for a little but this month Ive been wearing it almost everyday and its the blush I always carry with me when I travel which is almost every weekend, you can find this at Sephora or Ulta.

OK so I'm obsessed with these brushes, they are Real Techniques by Samantha Chapman and let me tell you that I have bought expensive and inexpensive brushes but these are by far the best ones I have tried they are soft don't shed any hairs and so inexpensive less than $20.00 for a set so if your looking for good inexpensive brushes I truly recommend these and I bought these at Ulta.

Now we all know that lady's must always smell good! And my fragrance for this month has been Coco Chanel it smells so nice and sweet.
And last but not least I have been scrubbing myself with LUSH Ocean Salt scrub its organic and has no chemicals and it leaves your body smooth feeling great and looking great soft like a babies bottom.

Well I hope you all have enjoyed my blog I love all these products and I truly recommend them. If any of you go out and try them let me know how you liked them...remember stay warm and fabulous!! XOXO

Sephora Nail Bling

Ok so I tried this out for the first time they have been out for a while and many different companies carry them but if you dont know what they are its basically nail polish or patterns that come in a sticker form that you apply to your nails and it gives you the polished look without waiting for it to dry! And well I liked it, its very easy and convinient for me due to the fact that I have children that still require a lot of my attention so if your like me and dont have time to sit around and wait for the polish to dry this is awesome for you!! They come in all kinds of colors amd patterns Sephora has them but also Sally Hansen amd Avon make them. Quick to apply and easy to file. The downside to this is that it doesnt last as long as it should it only lasted me 3 days :( when its supposed to last 2 weeks!! Im guessing its because I touch a lot of water??? Not sure but they are worth the try. Like if you have a last minute occasion and dont have time to get a mani yiu just stick these on apply a layer of top coat and your ready to go! So I hope you like this go out and try them out and let me know how it went for you! Stay warm and fabulous xoxo :)

Faux Fur

A fun way to add some wow to your outfit can be by mixing in some fur. Ofcourse fake fur I am against wearing real fur because I once saw a video of how these poor animals are skinned alive!!! Horrific...anyhow the best alternative is faux fur. So I like the jackets that come with some fur on the neckline, coats and vests. Its gives you a very warm look and its chic for the fall and winter fashion. You can pair the vest with a cute simple long sleeve shirt some jeans and definitely high heel boots its wearable for day time. Now if your going out at night you can add a nice fur coat to your outfit. But please make sure its not a bright color stick to the neutral colors they are more flattering :) hope you all have a nice weekend. Stay fabulous and warm! xoxo

Soft Lips

I know this cold weather can make your skin dry, flaky, and itchy and it sucks! But nothing is worst than having dry cracked chapped lips they don't look cute. So I have some helpful tips on how to get them to look and keep them soft and kissable ;) You can exfoliate those babies many different ways. You can use plain white sugar and just dab it on and then gently rub until all those flakes come off. You can also use olive oil and brown sugar mixed together and dab it on your lips for about a minute and then rub gently back and forth then rinse with warm water. And you can also use a very soft toothbrush to gently rub on your lips with warm water. Last but not least you can go out and buy an exfoliator made specially for the lips I like the one that Lush carries it's chemical free so nothing is better that. Always remember to moisturize your lips with lip balm I like to use EOS organic lip balm it comes in different flavors and my favorite are lemon drop SPF 15,summer fruit and strawberry sorbet plus the package is so cute they look like little eggs. Well dolls I hope you all have soft kissable lips after these tips I gave you. And remember if you want your lipstick to look cute and fab on your lips make sure they are not chapped and cracked, specially if you like using nude lipstick and lip gloss. Stay warm and fabulous!xoxo

Nail's

Nails! They're so vulnerable and delicate. Easily break, chip and even peel but in order to keep those babies strong and beautiful you must take certain steps...first of all a manicure is essential to have them nice and groomed. Second a good nail strengthening nail polish is also great I like OPI's Natural Nail Strengthener it works great and makes my nails hard. Also if you have ridges in your nails you can use OPI's Ridge Filler I have that problem after getting acrylics thinking it was cute :) Now Cuticles are also an issue some people have to much growing on their nails when others barely get any but when you get a manicure that should be take care of not completely though because this cold weather can make them dry and can even make your fingers get hangnail and that can be painful OUCH!! but there is so many products out there you can use to cure that painful situation I like OPI's Exfoliating Cuticle Treatment it's awesome!!! I also love Lush Lemony Flutter it can be used on your cuticles & tough cracked skin. So once your done getting a manicure or giving yourself one try and doing all those things before you apply your favorite color of polish.  Ridge Filler First of course and then you base coat so your nails wont turn yellow like OPI's Base coat. Remember to always moisturize your hands specially during this crazy weather and on the following cold months. I hope you found this helpful..stay warm! xoxo

Hair Care

I love my hair and I love to treat it well....I did go to beauty school so I have some background in hair care :) always make sure to treat your hair with love I'm not saying it makes you who you are but it represents you and how you take care of yourself. I am a firm believer in not coloring your hair to often I know I know it sounds weird cause beauticians make money off of coloring hair but it's just not necessary to color you hair every month or multiple times a month it damages it!!!!! And that's for people who have gray hair, but then again that's my opinion. Please wash your hair but don't strip it of it's natural oils,it is recommended to wash your hair every other day. Your hair needs those natural oils. Second, have patience with your hair I know it gets tangled but always brush your hair from bottom to top so you wont break your hair. Third wash your hair with your fingertips not your nails you don't want to cut your scalp and have lesions on your scalp ouch! Four, if your trying to let your hair grow don't cut it every month, your cutting what grew off! Five, hair products are important and one thing I learned in school was that store brands like the ones they sell at target, walmart, rite aid and walgreens are not good for your hair they are so bad. So for the past 2 years I've tried many many products and I know there's still some I need to try but I'll give you my absolute favorite hair products. These are professional hair products, they are pricey but worth it they will make your hair feel awesome!!!! KMS: add volume shampoo;body builder detangler; styling foam; root and body lift; volumizing spray. This line will really give you the bang you want in your hair. Moist repair shampoo & conditioner; leave in conditioner; revival creme; therapy treatment. Need a solution for your dry damaged hair these products will do the job. Enjoy: luxury sulfate free shampoo and conditioner; instant reconstructor; leave in conditioner; hair mask. This line is amazing I love it. Paul Mitchel if you love the beach this is the perfect hair line for you. But I love the tea tree shampoo & conditioner; tea tree hair & scalp treatment. This line made my scalp feel so fresh. Joico: moisture recovery shampoo & conditioner; moisture recovery lotion. Also the daily care line is great. So I hope you enjoyed this, and that I gave you helpful hair tips. And if you have hair products that you love that I didn't mention feel free to tell me I love trying new things. Xoxo.

October Favorites

Hey everyone! So today is the last day of October and I know most of you will be out trick or treating...so Im going ahead and letting you know what were my favotite treats of this month !
I had talked about a product I bought at Lush and it was the color supplement which works just like foundation and I absolutely love it its so light and it gives full coverage. I also bought the face moisturizer to mix with the color supplement and I got Imperialis and that moisturizer is for someone with skin combination of dry and oily skin. Believe me you will love it! Ok moving on I just bought a lip gloss from Buxom I had always wanted to try it out so I finally did and I love it its a lip plumper with color in it I got it in the Debbie shade. Also I've had a palette of eye shadows I bought online a while ago I didn't really use it much but this month I have found myself using almost every day its the 120 manly palette colors are beautiful and so pigmented. Graftobian is something I was introduced to by my very good friend and omg this has totally saved me from my own dark circles its the corrector/neutralizer wheel if you have dark circles or any imperfections that are hard to cove.I truly recommend this. Also Neutrogena makeup remover cleansing towelettes they are the best to use they remove makeup with one swipe there is no rubbing on your eyes they're gentle and cleanse good. And last but not least Model In A Bottle is awesome!! It sets the makeup and keeps your skin from getting super oily I love love love it!!! Ok my trick or treaters I hope you liked my treats go and try them out. I hope you all have a wonderful halloween keep it safe and fabulous! xoxo......

Breast Cancer Awareness Month

As scary as cancer is unfortunately it's a reality I fully support this month and anything that has to do with cancer. 5 months ago my grandfather passed away from cancer and although it wasn't breast cancer this is all to close to home. So in honor of all those women that are fighting, have beat or unfortunately lost the battle to breast cancer I decided to do a little makeup session on myself. I hope you all like it :)

Lush

I would always go into this store when I would go to the Glendale Galleria and I always knew they had amazing hand made products for the face and body but then I came across a review online about a new product they came out with and its a face color supplement its amazing it works just like a foundation but its handmade and has no oil minerals in it, it will give you coverage ofcourse not like Makeup Forevers foundation does but it's perfect for the day time if you want look natural it will cover up those little imperfections. You can use it by itself or mix it with equal amounts of a moisturizer from Lush I purchased it with Imperialis moisturizer its awesome go out and check it out maybe you will love it as much as I do....xoxo Always look & be fabulous ;)

Foundation

So most of you have probably gone through countless foundations, brands and ingredients...and if you haven't well I hope this can help you.

I used to always use MAC's studio fix because I was always scared to use foundation thinking it would make me look cakeY but little did I now!! I started with MAC's Studio fix fluid spf 15 and it worked but I do have an oily t-zone so it was not good for that situation so I went on and tried other brands and let me tell you theres a whole world of foundations out there but I've only tried like 1\10th of them haha....ok so I'll move on to my favorites starting from my number 1 :)

1. Makeup forever HD invisible cover foundation
2.MAC's prolong wear spf 10
3.Nars matte foundation
4.Maybelline Healthy skin liquid makeup
5.Lorac Natural performance foundation
6.Bobbi Brown extra repair foundation spf 25

Ok so this are the ones I have currently in my makeup box and they are all amazing of course you have to go out and chose which is best for your skin type always make sure you use a moisturizer according to your skin type and that it has spf! You can apply your foundation with a sponge or a brush I use MAC's 190 and or Sonia Kashuk Synthetic flat top multipurpose brush and you can go ahead and purchase the beauty blender it works good. Make sure after you have applied your foundation you blend it a little onto your neck so you will look natural and flawless and then you set it with a translucent powder almost all makeup lines carry them..well I hope this has been useful for you :) xoxo

A brighter face

I was recently given a small gift that became something huge for me I have been using Ole Henrikson Truth Serum and let me tell you it's the most awesome thing I have been using for my face in years I know I'm only 26 but I do understand that in order not to age so quick I must use products to prevent aging and this is the best! It makes my skin feel tight and I had a couple scars from some acne that I had gotten and this serum made them disappear I suggest you try it out and believe me you will love it....love your face and embrace it

Makeup Tips

Ok so I know most of you have had this problem in then past or the present I know I sure did.. a while back making sure my makeup lasts a pretty good while...Well let's start by using a good moisturizer for your face if you have oily skin make sure you don't use anything that's for dry skin and if you have dry skin just make sure its going to hydrate your pretty face. We all have different skin types oily, dry or combination the thing is knowing what type you are and what's best for you. Then you want to use a face primer most makeup lines have one. This will help make your makeup look flawless. Moving on to the eyes I remember when I used to just apply shadow on a bare lid then an hour later it would be all creased and it always looked so dull even the bright colors jijiji I was clueless but yes apply an eye primer that way your shadows look nice and vibrant and never crease and last make sure you have a spray that will set your makeup and believe me it will work I hope this is helpful to all of you and if you have any questions please feel free to ask....have a nice week!

Summer still Rocks!

So we all know that its still super hot out and this heat will probably last for quite a while more so whats better than making sure you still glow like you just tanned out in the sun....so this summer I decided to try out anything no matter if its a pricey item or cheap but I must say I tanned regularly at the salon in a tanning bed it worked but then I still had to buy other products that made glow even more so I wasnt liking the whole idea soooo I went to CVS and looked around and came accross Neutrogenas Micromist Sunless Tan and let me tell you it is by far the best tanning spray I have ever used it gave nice tanned legs, arms, and any part of my body I sprayed it on its so inexpensive $10.99 you cant beat that and it doesnt rub off it last about 3 days and may I add without the damage of uva/uvb rays which can cause cancer and make you wrinkled. So I hope you found this useful...GET YOUR GLOW ON! xoxo

Bronzer

Hello...so a couple weeks ago I bought a new bronzer one that I had been wanting to try for a very long time well it's none then other Laguna from Nars! I absolutely love this I hadn't really used it until recently and oh my goodness it's by far the best bronzer I have ever bought and believe me I have bought quite a few from 3 different ones from MAC to NYX, Clinique,NYC and so many more but yes this is perfect no shimmer a matte texture and is perfect for conturing your face I really recommend this...I hope you find this helpful. You will love it ;)

Inspiration

So this is my first blog and Id like to start with a few of my inspirations..people that have inspired me to try and become better at what I do and that's beauty and fashion..first I want to mention Mirna She is a makeup artist that does amazing but I mean amazing work. She works for high profile clientele and most of all she gets to work in what she loves to do. I do not add her last name because I'm not to sure I can do that lol. She is so talented and I look up to her. Second fashion is amazing! One of the people I tend to copy her outfits is Kim Kardashian she is always in style and always very classy. But my biggest inspiration is God he wants me to work hard at what I am good at and what I love to do...so I hope with my next blogs I can speak the truth about the good the bad and all that comes with beauty and fashion and of course all my personal fave products. STAY TUNED :)
